General POIS Discussions / Re: Hydroxyzine help
« Last post by demografx on November 19, 2024, 06:37:53 PM »

It helped some with pois, if do i one ejaculation but if i do multiple it doesn't.
If i use antihistamines everyday they help with pois alot but i cant use them everyday because within a week they start to affect my short term memory. And this are the gen2 that are less likely to cross the BBB. Because of that i didn't try hydroxyzine daily just pre O.

Thanks, CP2!

Been a while since I took my B 150 Forte complex so took it tonight and felt better. So I think the answer long-term is to just take it at the right frequency. Somewhere between once every 1-4 weeks probably, and ideally take at a different time to meat and eggs to avoid any overmethylation problems. I also had highish homocysteine, so more than likely deficient or low in one of the B complex vitamins. My b12, folate, and b6 were adequate in bloods, but something in the B complex is definitely helping in the methylation cycle. The trick with much of this stuff is finding the right dose and frequency. I've definitely overdone B complex in the past, and eventually had side-effects in not tolerating methyl donors.

I drank pure matcha powder tea, ate garlic and ginger with honey about 45-70 min before 3 O?s (that were spaced out actually). Also took 2x 600mg NAC.
Also I smoked in this time window. And afterwards aswell.

Afterwards I drank pomegranate juice, ate berries, drank green smoothie. Also took creatine after a weeks break.

In the following morning I ate 3 eggs, drank a preworkout for the first time in my life (has taurine, arginine etc.), creatine, green smoothie, and took a ginseng+bvitamins supplement.

I don?t know what it is but I felt better than I expected. And my skin was still very clear without breakouts.
I did feel bad until noon, after about 12 hours post O. I felt better mood wise. Also not enough energy to workout. But ginseng is good at preserving muscle mass I figured, so soon I will start my routine again.

All in all, I am now of the opinion that matcha powder tea is indeed something that I want to drink before, so thanks to the OP for the idea. Also ginger and garlic.

Tonight, I was feeling a bit of pain in my left lower back, and I had two wet dreams in one night! and every time I had wet dreams, I felt this pain in my left lower back.
I know that I will beat this realise that probably it is not the kidneys causing the problem and that it is rather the liver, bile ducts and gall bladder. And it makes sense. I have also always thought that it was the kidneys who were responsible, but since tonight having this pain on the left side, I am reconsidering that kidneys still play a part in this. I mean, I think the right side was also hurting a little bit, but mostly I was feeling the right side.
also, usually, I have these pains when digestion doesn't work well. when the stomach feels stuck and there is this lower back pain. then I get a wet dream, dk why...

Do you think this Ox (animal) bile supplement could help?! https://nutriest.eu/products/ox-bile-supplement/?_kx=nrNXUZlcnLnTPRIkqkH9HUDEYcPUviWAP16ZL2Ahr1EMNsl7mq1wWQVjGkPnHFox.WNJbcj

Be careful
Ox Bile 500 mg from Nutricology gave me GI distress. Had some kind of pulsating cramps at the height of the stomach for at least 30 min. The dose is probably too high for me or I just cannot tolerate the stuff. I have only used it once.

I was not aware of this:
Activation of mast cells by bile acids:
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/001650859190024F

Basically means your bile is toxic if you can't tolerate them, bile supplements used to cause me major issues too but not anymore. They cause your liver to release more bile.

I thought that if the problem was bile liquid, maybe it would be good to supplement it. I don' fullyt understand why it increases my pois. I mean, I will beat this, you did mention that our bile is toxic, I just don't fully understand how our bile is toxic.

Starch constitutes the vast majority of foods I am sensitive to. I don't know a single starchy food that doesn't give me some kind of reaction. Animal-based works because it is starch free. Lately been eating a larger variety of vegetables and seem to be doing fine, as long as I occaisionally take monolaurin. I am trying to broaden my nutrient variety as much as possible. But if I could boil down my most optimal diet for POIS, it would be "starch-free". I have even noticed sensitivty to nuts in high quantities - they contain a decent % of starch when consmed in high amounts.
