list succes stories
« on: March 01, 2025, 12:00:10 PM »
Has anybody tried to make a list of guys who report succesfull cures with succes over several months?

That would be a great start for every beginner or even everyone of us who's ready to try somehting new; too many succes stories have to be corrected a couple of days later because of probable placebo effects.

That’s what this page is for https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.msg19448#msg19448

If I recall correctly, takes 3 months before you get listed to the page.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of weekly (52 weeks/year) testosterone self-injections.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business.

That is probably not a placebo effect in the vast majority of cases, but rather the so called drug resistance or tachyphylaxis (rapid onset drug tolerance). I have experienced this phenomenon so many-many times that it drives me crazy. Most things only work for a day or two and other things for a week or two before their effectiveness plummets. At least after a few months there seems to be a recovery from this as the same supplements would work well again briefly. I often felt the best when beginning to take several stuff with great efficacy together, but the good feeling would always go away even if I kept taking them the same way every day.
The cause is probably a combination of autoimmunity and SASP leading to excessive oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. Antioxidants, testosterone, NO and norepinephrine boosters, ERbeta, sigma-1, SIRT-1 and dopamine agonists, PDE4, PDE5 inhibitors and CD36 antagonists are effective.
