Re: My 30 Day Success with Nanna 1's Immune Competence Therapy

(Note that I somehow suspect that AHCC triggered or made worse the POTS-like symptoms that I had from time to time, especially in sommer and during hay fever season. So I'm cautious now about it and won't try immune activators anymore. But everybody is different)
Nanna1 said it does worsen symptoms temporarily.

Have you tried Nanna1's complete stack? You may not have taken it long enough (it took me a month to get relief) or with the right co-factors to really get relief.

For example:

I got my usual symptoms post ejaculation until I got my first 2 Vitamin C IVs. Then I experienced 100% relief.

I urge you not to write it off as lucky. Give it a try and see for yourself :)

Hi The One!

How/how often/when do you take the IV Vitamin C to stop symptoms after O? Do you buy them on a doctors prescription?

I did wrote about witamine IV before, this vitamine is capable to kill varios patogens in body in this form. I do not hawe them in my country.. my advice is to evryone to try vitamine IV protocol..

It can bind toxins from body to...
High imune boost...etc

Thank you for your answers.
If I understand correctly, IV Vitamin C had much impact but then what about the immune supplements? If you went from 0% to 100% relief with pre-pack before and after IV Vitamin C, and if you didn't get any symptom from the supplements alone, are you sure that they did anything?

As for me, I have tried many elements of nanna's stacks. AHCC for one month didn't do anything. Liposomal vitamin C didn't seem to help either, but the dosage was inferior to nanna's. Zinc for two days triggered important tachycardia and fatigue/weakness, in at least three trials. I guess that this is due to immune activation. I'll try to take it anew for a longer time but I'm a bit frightened by the heart symptoms. Vitamin D3 had mixed effects (lessening some symptoms, vastly increasing others, as I reported elsewhere). Copper seemed a bit similar but I need to try it again. L-theanine gave me serotonin symptoms even in low dosage. I'm still very interested in IV Vitamin C therapy but it's much less easy to get than a supplement, of course.

Hey Bone Broth (I like your name)!

It took 2 Vitamin C IVs done two days after another (Monday then Wednesday) to stop my symptoms.

You don't need a prescription to use IV Vitamin C ;)

Great points, Propsero :)

Like you've eloquently noted, there's no way to know. I trusted in Nanna1's research.

After all, Nanna1 is a medical researcher and he seems to be cured.

He says he can orgasm 4X a week without issue, doesn't take any supplements except Vitamin D and no longer visits the forums (since POIS no longer bothers him).

I simply want to replicate his success. I don't have the courage or knowledge to experiment which is why I used his exact stack.

But I get it:

It's expensive.

Vitamin C IVs require a minimum of $200 and going to some IV therapy office. Not to mention you get some bothersome symptoms as your immune system begins to activate.

That's why I recommend the following:

(1) Give Nanna1's 1.0 stack a try and see if you get any relief: https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?PHPSESSID=cu9mb7ij2nh8mtf31k3hduqi26&topic=2502.0.

(2) If you do (like I did), I'd commit to his immune stack: https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=3151.msg31887#msg31887

Like I said earlier, how much better would your life be without POIS? That's how I justified the expense.

Try beta-blockers, you likely have high glutamate/adrenaline

A doctor could investigate if beta-blockers might be appropriate, maybe you have high glutama/adrenaline

Congratulations The One.
I really appreciate you going through the full experimentation with nanna1's treatment plan and reporting your experience.
Even though my pre-pack (of matcha powder (strong dose of L-theanine) with nicotinamide) still works most the time I am grateful to know there's a similar and effective method for me if mine becomes less effective over time.
Do post again over time to report the long term effectiveness!

Really confusing, he stated that the only thing that
worked for him is nana1 stack, then imune prepack, than later,
he did say, that he did had all post O symptomes
untill he did vitamine C IV.

This guy sound like he "works" for nana1  :)

Yust in one post he is lying to him self,
this looks funy to me   :)

I've used many pre-packs before and this is the first time I've gotten to 100% relief. It's to the point I can't tell I orgasmed the day before...even if I masturbated 3X that day.

Did you see a particular difference before and after IV vitamin C?

Yes, I did. The first week I got 2 vitamin IVs is when I achieved my first 100% relief (and I orgasmed 3X that day).

For reference:

The week before I was taking the immune stack + pre-pack without the Vitamin C IVs, I experienced all my usual symptoms post-ejaculation.

Just wanted to post a quick update.

After my initial success with Nanna 1's stack, I stopped before the recommended 5 month treatment length was up.

Why?

I thought I was cured. Boy was I wrong.

Now I'm restarting Nanna 1's Immune Competence Stack (ICT).

Here's what I've done so far:

  • Taken 3 Vitamin C IVs (5g/each) consecutively
  • Restarted Nanna 1's ICT stack (1 month in)

Just like my last experiment, it took around a month to kick in.

Now I experience around a 70-80% reduction.

Honestly, I fap most days and completely forget I did. The symptoms no longer bother me as much.

This isn't a change of mindset. This is a change of how my body's reacting to orgasms.

Speaking of changes, what will I do differently this time around?

I'm thinking:

I'll post an update once a month here. My goal is to run this new immune therapy for the full recommended 5 months. If not longer. We'll see what happens.

Hi The One,

I literally just found this forum about a week ago after having POIS for as long as I can remember. I'm very grateful there's this community of guys all figuring this out together. After reading through the forum, I came to the same conclusion you did: Nanna's and The Warrior's methods will be what I'll use to handle this.

I'm very excited and have already started SAM-e, B-Complex Vitamins, whole foods diet, and a few others. Just going to experiment around with those for a bit and then bring out the big guns and do Nanna's protocols. Thanks for sharing your experience on Nanna's it was very helpful to read. I'm glad to hear you've made such good progress and good luck curing yourself completely!

A quick update on my end:

Nanna 1's stack is unreliable.

It does work by reducing symptoms. But it doesn't cure my POIS 100%.

This is my conclusion after trying it for the last few months with mixed success. Some days, it would feel like I didn't ejaculate at all. Other days I'd feel depressed, unmotivated and socially anxious.

I don't like the guesswork. So I'm changing directions.

I'm going to be exploring the carnivore diet, the gut and therapy. If I succeed, I'll post my results.

Here's the post I'm sourcing my method from: https://www.reddit.com/r/POIS/comments/lma4eh/update_from_pretty_much_cured_to_completely_cured/

Glad to hear! Let me know how it works for you.

But after trying it multiple times, I've concluded it doesn't 100% cure my symptoms.

I don't mean to discourage you. But it's just my experience.

I know:

It's frustrating but I'm grateful for this community because I don't feel alone in this journey. We're all learning from each other and evolving. If you need anything, reach out  ;)

Hello The One,
in recent months have you only restarted the immune activation stack or also the prepack 90 minutes before orgasm? Also have you had any wet dreams during this time?

I did both. And maybe one wet dream during this time.

I tried a 30 day lion's diet to see if it'd make a difference.

It made zero difference.

But it did make me lean and mean ;D

Moving forward, I'm going to start focusing on no fap and the gut.

My current POIS theory

There are 4 main theories of what causes POIS.

(1) Histamine
(2) Semen allergy
(3) Hormonal imbalance (low testosterone)
(4) Porn withdrawals

I've tried countless experiments for the top 3. But not the last one.

Nanna1 wrote about porn withdrawals in an earlier post: https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2900.msg26917#msg26917

It makes sense. I feel my best when I'm on a no fap streak. Porn has been proven to cause dopamine desensitization.

All my symptoms look like low dopamine (social anxiety, depression, irritability).

So my plan moving forward is:
  • Quit porn. I'll be using the easy peasy method and a no fap coach.
  • Improve gut health. I'll be taking specific strains & vegetables that improve gut health and dopamine.
  • Keep living healthy. Train, eat, sleep, sun, meditate, socialize.

I'll make an update after I hit day 90 no fap.
