A quick update on my end:
Nanna 1's stack is unreliable.It does work by reducing symptoms. But it doesn't cure my POIS 100%.
This is my conclusion after trying it for the last few months with mixed success. Some days, it would feel like I didn't ejaculate at all. Other days I'd feel depressed, unmotivated and socially anxious.
I don't like the guesswork. So I'm changing directions.
I'm going to be exploring the carnivore diet, the gut and therapy. If I succeed, I'll post my results.

I literally just found this forum about a week ago after having POIS for as long as I can remember. I'm very grateful there's this community of guys all figuring this out together. After reading through the forum, I came to the same conclusion you did: Nanna's and The Warrior's methods will be what I'll use to handle this.
I'm very excited and have already started SAM-e, B-Complex Vitamins, whole foods diet, and a few others. Just going to experiment around with those for a bit and then bring out the big guns and do Nanna's protocols. Thanks for sharing your experience on Nanna's it was very helpful to read. I'm glad to hear you've made such good progress and good luck curing yourself completely!

But after trying it multiple times, I've concluded it doesn't 100% cure my symptoms.
