Yes, there are cases here among our members.  See #7 in the POIS Types Chart, found at https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.msg19448#msg19448

Will try to be short.
I watched some time ago a video about walnuts could boost TRT. I didn't take it under consideration thinking the effect would be minimal.
Randomly bought them a few weeks ago to a purpose not about pois, but as they have a lot of protein.

It is very noticeably boosting TRT. I didn't took TRT directly but i think i know the feeling of TRT because of my experiments with HCG and clomid.

Actually i completely forgot about that article/video about walnuts boosting TRT. I was not on POIS at that time. I ate them and "randomly" i felt that my TRT is actually high. And i was WTF, why is that? Only after a few weeks me eating them it clicked that it might be because of walnuts.

Right now I would say it is actually effective. Only for a 1 day, but it is working even taking after pois. I am not completely out of pois, but it eases life a lot.
The effect will come around an hour after eating them. I would say 8-10 are giving a good result. The main plus is that my physical strength is coming back, and i can do some exercises to push TRT even more.

I don't know if the effect will stay with time or i develop a tolerance as it was with HCG or clomid. As for effect, on me it is actually pretty good. May be even comparable with 0.5 tablet of clomid when i only started with it.

It is easy to get, and easy to try. Will recommend it. May be someone will have a success with it too.

Tempting to try walnuts based on that, but I'm hesitant because walnuts can allegedly also trigger histamine release, which I think is a problem for me. Muon, any thoughts on this?

Sugar, chocolate, coffee, white bread, starch (potatoe, pasta) and too much food in general (specially vegetables) make my POIS worse and can even give POIS symptomes itself. My hypothesis is that, since I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth), theese foods do not only feed bad bacterias so they cause bloating and inflammation, but also raises blood sugar that promotes inflammation itself and hight insuline levels (bad for the blood vessel walls).

Coffee is a little special because it activates a stress reponse and weakens the adrenals. One cup of coffee (with coffeine) is also dramatically lowering the testosterone levels in the blood for up to 24 hours according to dr Thierry Hertoghe. The last thing we POISers need is to lower our testosterone and cortisol as those hormons are anti-inflammatory.

What do I eat one might ask? Well right now I'm on a FODMAP diet but trying to avoid too much vegetables. That means I eat mostly pork, beef, fish, chicken, eggs (but not the white), coconut cream, lots of ginger/turmeric, bonebroth (including walnuts), protein powder smoothies and berries. I try to eat every 2-3 hours and then just a small portion instead of 3 big servings a day.

Nuts and seeds induce loose stools in me. Pistache is the only one that is relatively tolerable. I suspect it's fiber that is giving me the symptoms (could be histamine I don't know but whole grains is doing similar things). I start the day with 400 g natural high protein Soy yoghurt which strangely is the only soy product I can tolerate, it contains S. thermophilus and L. bulgaricus. You need to experiment for yourself.

Fibers should be avoided on a SIBO diet because they feed the bacteria. When I eat too much aubergine (egg plant) I get bloated.
