These are just some tips, I use and find necessary (but each person is different):
Step 1: Create data - a spreadsheet with your biomarkers in it. (tip: don't ever post personal info). This is your anonymized trend data, that you can use yourself to better understand your condition, as well share it to gain assistance from others, and thus expanding your understanding - your key end goal. Without data, you are blind.
Step 2: Create structure - the mere act of asking a structured question (irrespective of whether you get answer), turns on certain brain pathways, that can go a long ways, in making kick ass breakthroughs.
Step 3: Maybe create a one thread of yours. Copy-paste your "anonymized" info from spreadsheet. I am willing to keep eye on it and offer what I have learnt and my experiences. In past I have been tardy, but now getting better.
