I would try pure epa oil also its cheap and you can take in combination while you're trying other treatments. I've finished a whole bottle of brain grain now and also a bottle of histaquel so two expensive flavonoid supplements neither helped my symptoms at all but everyone is different I guess.
My reactions to showers are improving from the epa oil and dysautonomia has also improved.

I already tried oral cromolyn but it did not help me. I also tried Temazepam, which is a bit like diazepam. But that did not help me
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

A bit of reasoning behind it:

Nitroglycerine: Boosting dopamine via Nitric oxide
Neuroprotek: Long term use for mast cell stabilization or driving down cytokines in whole blood regardless of source.
Cromolyn: Modulating chloride currents in mast cells via GPR35 and/or calming down C-fibers in GI tract.
Profiling drug based on Dr. J. Goldstein's work: Probing for a neurosomatic disorder
Dexamethasone: People with elevated alarmin IL-33 may respond rapidly to dexamethasone the first time they try it.
Diazepam: Targeting adenosine A2B on mast cell for IL-8 and/or opioid receptors.

Dexamethasone: You will find out if it works the quickest.
I have also tried oral cromolyn, I didn't like the way I felt on it.
I will try it again though.
