Hi there LPM,
Thanks for the well designed survey, I'm somewhat new to the forum and this was a perfect way for new members to immediately contribute to the forum with a detailed summary of their current POIS journey. I hope the info gets into the right hands and gets us one step closer to relief from this nasty illness!
Also as a tip for anyone filling this survey out, dont hit backspace on your keyboard, you'll have to do the survey again....Learn from other peoples mistakes...

If you have already filled out the survey, please go back and answer these three additional questions. Section 8, "POIS details and history". Right after the question "How long do your POIS symptoms typically last, in days? (-1 = not applicable / other)", the first new question is

> Please explain if you responded "not applicable / other".

The next new question:
> Do your POIS symptoms disappear over time on their own, that is, without treatment? If "no", please explain.

This is followed by a question that was there already ("Do your symptoms typically disappear gradually or spontaneously?"). Finally, the last new question:
> Do you have chronic symptoms that remain after a POIS attack is over, that you think are caused by POIS? If so, please describe these symptoms.

You should NOT be filling out a whole new survey. When you log in with the same Google account that you used to fill out the survey, you will see that all of your responses are still there. You only need to respond to the three new questions.

It doesn’t work. When I log in with same account I get a notification that I already filled in the survey. The previous responses are gone.
