I concur with Quantum: this controversial treatment has apparently been abandoned by Waldinger, its main proponent.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

Has anyone tried and is it even worth trying this simple test? You would essentially ejactulate into a sterline container. Store the container (freeze?) until your POIS symptoms subside and you return to normal. Using a syringe of some kind, warm and reinsert the stored semen back into the urethra and wait a few minutes for a POIS reaction. Semen could then be removed by squeezing fingers up the urethra followed by urination.

Anyone know of anything of this nature?

Semen desensitization decreased my inflammatory symptoms, improved my sleep quality, mood and digestion, and I gained very good muscle mass at the gym, but I just relapsed after I stopped it. Does that mean my pois is autoimmune? or there are other hidden mechanisms for that. I had a positive skin prick test at the concentration 1:100 of dilution. And the injections I had was diluted samples ad well.

Exosomes are in semen. You could apply desenz in POIS females, this could shed some light whether we deal with desenz in the classical sense or dealing with an alternative mechanism.

I think it should start with determining if there is an immune reaction to semen to begin with. Probably topical (rub into elbow joint crease), maybe then on membranes, (your mouth). Before trying an injection which maybe be way way more than what you are exposed to during orgasm. Definitely possible to get anaphylactic shock if we really are very allergic. The urethra is a membrane and at least for me it gets very inflamed. Orgasms don't seem to lessens symptoms over time but maybe the dose is wrong.
