trying to understand the Pois

Hello, I'm Brazilian and I'm using Google translator, sorry for the mistakes


I am 19 years old and I had my first "O" at 12 years old, it was always something normal, but this year, starting in February, I started to experience the following symptoms:
fever
heat
fatigue
mental confusion
difficulty concentrating
body ache

these symptoms always appeared after "O" and disappeared after 1 day

I researched and found this disease, now I'm very scared, do I have it? how to heal me? what caused this disease?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. That does sound like POIS, although there are no official diagnostic criteria yet.
