Less contraction orgasms give less symptoms
« on: June 24, 2020, 11:06:25 AM »
I had an O yesterday but did kegel stopped stimulation before full pump many contraction O and had 1 contraction, 20% of usual leak, felt a bit hot after but had less or no fatigue, brainfog, sluggishness, FOV/vision changes, lower voice volume/harder to understand pronunciation, today I'm ok, if brainfog is there then less than usual so it's something with many pump contraction full emission O that triggers most symptoms the strongest, my heartbeat's faster for 1 minute, feel blood moving in head and a tingly nerve feeling goes through body, limbs which is when muscle weakness/empty muscle feeling comes.

Hi Journey

Were you able to recreate this again? Stopping stimulation at climax and not triggering POIS?

  • Use Adaptogens and Antioxidants, they can help.

This happens when I'm stimulated enough for semen to go upwards and bit coming out but O not happening only miniO from it flowing up when close but stopping stimulation.

When you say
This happens when I'm stimulated enough for semen to go upwards and bit coming out but O not happening only miniO from it flowing up when close but stopping stimulation.
do you mean that a bit of semen comes out, but you don't get an actual O? Or are you talking about two different things in the quote; one with O and a bit of semen, and one with only a miniO and no semen?

I take Fenugreek after orgasm only. Often not until symptoms start the next day. For me the benefits of Fenugreek don't appear to be related to weakening orgasm contractions.

Yeah and I am referring by both to the same thing.

Many people have reported to have less POIS from sex though...aren't the contractions there the most intense?

Also for me POIS from NE can be very severe...and there shouldn't be too many contractions, right?

Yes!

My only escape from the torture of NE POIS?

Aging! (I’m 75).
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

When did you get POIS?
I don’t know. I can only remember as far back as 1979. Before that, I just didn’t know what caused my symptoms.

Thank you! I’ve been with this forum and it’s predecessor (Naked Science Forum/POIS thread) for 14 years, since February, 2007.
