Quercetin
« on: June 16, 2023, 01:54:16 PM »
I was using Quercetin for COIVD and realized it really helped with POIS. I have recently added fenugreek and we will see. My goal is abstinence but I do fail in that quest and when I do, I implement Quercetin and other healthy practices. We will see if the added fenugreek helps...

Hi Jdog,

Quercetin has been a favorite of mine for many years, for POIS,of course, but also when I catch a cold or flu, and when I had COVID as well, last year.   It is also useful for me against allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing, but rarely have those anymore.

My favorite brand for
L-Citrulline (I don’t take Quercetin).

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

I've tried Quercetin many times and don't really notice any difference. It's interesting how we respond differently to all sorts of different supplements... just goes to show that POIS is a complicated mess of a disease. Lol
