Worked for me, but before you spoke if it. Poisers here dont wanna hear about any simple solutions, because the problem NEEDS to be complex. Im still convinced of acid being the source of pois.

Another word of advise, rather than chugging the alkaline water, sip it slowly, and focus on the movement of the water down your throat into your stomach, slowly cooling and neutralizing unpleasant pois symptoms.

I use alkaline powder in water on an empty stomach, in the mornings (sometimes) and before orgasm... i can masturbate really long time if i sip alkaline water before and during masturbation.

My other medicines:

Omeprazole Omiflux
Gaviscon
Water
Lemon juice in water
Green tea
Buchu tea
Soon: Chopped semi raw broccolli

Mindset:

IMPORTANT: Focus on stomach rather than dick/balls (so that no guilt when sexing, rather guilt when eating).

Eat less frequently and when resting is permitted.

Keep the stomach content diluted, sip water (pH 7 water).

Learn to sense the pH level of the stomach and digestive tract so you consume the appropriate foods at the appropriate times, to minimize stomach discomfort.

Read up on what pH certain foods produce in stomach after digestion.

I am talking to you after a year of improvement in sex and because I saw that no one listens to my words, I left the forum, we all have some of us may have respiratory acidosis and imbalance in electrolytes and the lack of harmony between ph, pco2, hco3 are may in some cases be the cause of pois Is

Lubricant secretions before sex are acidic and low blood pH causes this disease. Our body is extremely acidic. Make the pH alkaline to see the result. Dissolve calcium carbonate tablets or baking soda in water and eat it to see the result.

Well, tho we're probably on the right track its too soon to generalize our problem to that of other poisers... Generalization is never 100% accurate since there are always outliers.

Anyway, Ill ignore the above edit by a moderator, as much as it shocks me, and say insist/persist with what you're saying, insist with your truth. Just coz the world disagrees with you doesnt mean you're wrong, so dont forsake the rest of us. What you teach (as rebellious as it may be) could save some of us

What are your POIS symptoms, duration, etc?

How much did they actually improve through this protocol?

Do you need to keep doing this protocol to keep symptoms at bay?

Do these two tests, I also take magnesium supplements because magnesium was also low, do not take rheumatism medicines without a doctor's diagnosis. Trexoma 15 subcutaneous ampoule and hydroxy chloroquine sulfate tablets along with vitamin D3 and folic acid tablets

It is interesting to the doctors that I have no symptoms of rheumatism, but my tests are high, and the rheumatism medicine affects my mood and fatigue, although after the injection my body is like greasy iron, like a dead man brought to life.

I hardly breathe in my sleep at night and I am under the treatment of a lung doctor, you must know that rheumatism is an autoimmune disease.
