ip from Asian are banned?

I live in Mainland Chhina, and I can browse poiscenter one month ago, now I can not browse this forum without a VPN in Europe. Even with VPN in Hongkong or Japan or USA I can not browse this forum.

Hi Lihua,
We have checked with our Internet Service Provider, and all should be fine.  As an extra precaution, they have whitelisted your IP.

Please be careful, I heard VPNs are really being outlawed now in China this year..
(Not only throtteled etc like before).

Could you also specify which error message are you getting?
From which level, e.g. from the OS?
From the browser?
From the website?
