I don?t know what this has to do with pois? Average height in my country is around 183cm, which should be 6 feet if I am not mistaken, for these that use these units.
Average height in say in Indonesia far bellow that.
So with 185cm in my country I am in average range, in Indonesia I would be a giant. Randomly saying.

So number like number probably has no connection with Pois because it is relative.

no sugar diet helps me a tiny bit, also makes my mind much calmer in general. Sugar is definitely something my body does not handle well. Also I noticed that other inflammations like a hangover are better since I quit sugar. I avoid sweet fruits as well.

Wasn't it somewhere mentioned that there is a bias for Dutch people in POIS? Dutch people are the tallest in Europe.

Random theory: For people where POIS is related to dysautonomia, the high body height is a problem when some factor (whatever the factor might be, infection, mast cells or just coincidence) lowers blood volume or blood pressure and therefore leads to orthostatic intolerance, in general or when triggered by orgasm?

I am Latvian and Latvians are taller on the average too however I know many tall people some even taller than me liek 195cm who do not have POIS
