I have it and sometimes take it.
I believe that in general to take a different Testosterone booster each day can help. (some boosters lose effect after some weeks, so recommendation is to cycle).
I'm now more often taking it and I think it improves the day after quite a bit.
I feel I have less fatigue and better mood control (combined with the adaptogens and vitamins I'm taking, see signature)
I can highly recommend to try it.
This website
https://learn.1balance.com/post/benefits-of-gokshura/ claims that it influences quite a lot of things we've been talking about here in the forum:
"1. Manages Blood Pressure
2. Supports the Kidneys
3. Increases Mental Resilience (incl dopamine)
For Men?s Health
promotes the conversion of the male hormone testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, which then:
Drives red blood cell (RBC) production in the bone marrow, which means better blood circulation and greater stamina"Healthline also mentions it improves immune system.
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/tribulus-terrestris#TOC_TITLE_HDR_7It's as always unfortunate that herbs won't get (many) trials and research, so I'd check for historical evidence in traditional medicine.
Apparantely there are different kinds of Tribulus Terestris, with slightly different effects depending on where grown. I'm taking Tribulus Max by GEN (German Elite Nutrition... yeah, what a name!
)
I don't find an English source for this at the moment, but it's claimed to increase LH levels (and relates to DHEA) and increases FSH receptor sensitivity(?)
Overdoses can lead to a persistent erection. (not good)
