I can not remember the last time I had the flu. Maybe because of my immune system works very hard. Or maybe when I did not know that I had POIS I was very cautious. When I shook someones hand I would always wash my hands with soap and water. When someone sneezes I always run away from that person.

I thought I had a lot of colds. But I think it is my nasal mucosa that gets dry because of POIS.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

I hardly catch any flu, all the episodes that I got sick were related to POIS, despite that, I feel very weak and without energy.

I rarely get a flue and if i get a cold it use to be over in 2 days. However when others get bad throat and cought and high fever, for me the headache is very bad during a cold. Anyone with an explanation of that? Leaky gut again?
