Without milnacipran, maybe 6 or 7 seconds. With milnacipran, 12-15 seconds.

Milnacipran seems to improve the length and intensity of O.

I was under the impression that most of the poll results are hidden. I think the reason they give the option to hide the results is that seeing the results before you vote can influence your vote.
