"Although we could not show that Bell?s palsy is related to any specific viral infection, it may be that viral or other diseases may predispose the patient to vascular lesions. Stress, fever and analgesics may all change the distribution of blood flow, while alterations of the levels of proteins in the blood may change its viscosity or coagulability [11]. These factors, acting alone or together, may be responsible for sludging and infarction in certain areas, e.g., in the vasa nervorum, resulting in the clinical picture of Bell?s palsy."

Dumping this here:

But then during another encounter, it was in my mouth and I looked like I had bell’s palsy in half my face for about three hours because I went into facial paralysis temporarily.”

MRI of brain tissue is normal. MRA/angiogram of blood vessels shows a small bulge in an artery in the left side of my brain. A possible saccular aneurysm.

"I also have facial palsy that gets triggered by orgasm and also only on the left side of my face. The right side is completely fine."

but what I did lately has solved just about everything in my case besides the Bells palsy to a smaller extent  i get on the left side of my face affecting mainly my lower lip/jaw and under my eye but completely around my eye. The only problem is I can only make an educated guess on what is going on here.
