Does a trigger give you a symptom that could be triggered by POIS as well? Triggers could be food, temperature extremes, stress, exercise etc. This poll is not about the type of trigger.

Yeah for sure... too much stress including activation of nerves .. anti-epeleptics and benzodiazapines counteract this. Try to avoid technology and any stimulation as much as possible
Usually its a combination of factors like extremely hot weater with high carb foods or other garbage with stimulation etc.

nothing is compared to pure POIS tho on a neuro auto-immune level

The triggers could be a type of stress which add to the total stress burden.
