All my natural methods against POIS

Hello Guys,
1) Avoid orgasm at all costs
Avoid orgasm at all costs, but if you have an orgasm, do it WITHOUT EJACULATION. Do this through kegel exercises. There is a lot of info in the internet. Dave Asprey talks about Non-Ejaculatory orgasm to aliviate the urges but mantaining the sperm within you. It also doesn't peak the prolactin hormone as much.

2) Intermitent fasting
Skip breakfast. Eat nothing until lunch time. Just water

3) Hydration
Drink at least 4 liters of water with pink salt, to lower the histamines, lower cortisol response and hydrate the body. This does miracles. In my opinion, this is the most critical item. Doctor batemanghelid agrees with me.

4) Extremely low carb diet
Many of us cured POIS through a low carb diet or even a ketogenic diet. STOP eating carbs, for god sake. This is going to help a lot! You have no idea!!!
My diet: Meat, Chicken, olive oil, coconut oil, apples, lemon, lots of butter, eggs, fish, ginger tea, salads, carrots (Bulletproof diet by Dave Asprey)

5) Try supplements:
taurine, lugol (improve T3 hormone), fenugreek

6) Improve your natural testosterone
The best way to increase testosterone is sleeping a lot. 9 hours ideally. The more you sleep, more testosterone. 30 minutes of sun everyday. Exercise

Hi orlands

Pink salt is a natural antihistamine and it helps you a lot, once again points that "histamine issues and mast cell and basophils activation" play a major role in pois.   Fenugreek, taurine and testosterone also helps in histamine and mast cell problems.

I have no credentials. All my tips are form my own experience. It doesn't solve 100%, but it helps tremendously for me..

Thanks for the studies about taurine and pink salt. I was not aware that there were studies out there about it it..

Actually I condensed 5 years studying health 5 hours a day in those 6 items. They are the most important ones.. everything I mentioned there is critical.

On this diet I lost more than 30kg in a few months, people thought I was dying.
I also lost my muscle mass, which is interesting.

Orlands you gave some great tips.  I testify :) to the effectiveness of your techniques. 

But just a few words/clarifications:

#1: It works for me beautifully.  I orgasm daily many times without POIS.  I have been doing it since 20 years with success.  However it will not work for everyone.  I'm not handy in quoting research about 50% people release dead sperm cells in pre-ejaculatory fluid, 50% dont.  Probably I and you are in that 50% who dont.

5.  I really like Lugols, but dissected thyroid tissue (from animal) works wonders.  It can help those too that are challenged in converting T4 to T3.

4.  Low-Carb diet.  It helps me feel healthier, it is a smaller effect.  For those that are under-weight (low insulin), it could cause detrimental weight loss, however for normal weight to over-weight folks, specially insulin resistant it is super healthy.

I do not consider being without ejaculation.
What is being talked about there is symptom control.
If I run out of ejaculate, I do not need any supplement or diet to stay well.
We have to find a way to ejaculate (or feel the pleasure of orgasm) and have no symptoms. This is the purpose of everything we study here.
My POIS only happens with masturbation. Normal sex does not generate POIS symptoms. My POIS is related to me mood and the health of my cervical spine. Dopamine/Inflammation/Body constitution (genetics) are factors that contribute to POIS.

Off course FernandoPOIS, you are right but these are 'methods against POIS' the author suggested.  Just like Niacin helps some people, the 'orgasm method without ejaculation' is very helpful for some.  I have been b#tch miserable till I found: a) orgasming without ejaculation and b) natural dissected thyroid.   With method a. I can satisfy myself for 90% of clock time.  When I start to fear that now the pressure has built too much (after like a month), and I might get nocturnal emission, I immediately start bovine thyroid buildup in my system, and then I control ejaculations (multiple - 6, 7 even)  at my desired time and eliminate all POIS symptoms except a one peculiar thing I get - a mild bells palsy.   By the way dissected thyroid even eliminates the need to use method a) but I am just cautious and dont want to use any hormone even if its natural on continuous basis, until some Expert gets to us more information on it.   I have never been as happy with life as I am now :)

by the way, while Orlands did not suggest,  I personally on average orgrasm (without ejaculation) daily 3-4 times, and have never experienced POIS

Some day I will hopefully, but I cannot do the testing these days.  If I recall, your symptoms at least were not similar to 'hypo' thyroidism.  Like are you generally sensitive to cold or heat, or if you switch, whats the ratio like?  Have you taken your waking up body temperature, could you share that?
