1) Avoid orgasm at all costs
Avoid orgasm at all costs, but if you have an orgasm, do it WITHOUT EJACULATION. Do this through kegel exercises. There is a lot of info in the internet. Dave Asprey talks about Non-Ejaculatory orgasm to aliviate the urges but mantaining the sperm within you. It also doesn't peak the prolactin hormone as much.
2) Intermitent fasting
Skip breakfast. Eat nothing until lunch time. Just water
3) Hydration
Drink at least 4 liters of water with pink salt, to lower the histamines, lower cortisol response and hydrate the body. This does miracles. In my opinion, this is the most critical item. Doctor batemanghelid agrees with me.
4) Extremely low carb diet
Many of us cured POIS through a low carb diet or even a ketogenic diet. STOP eating carbs, for god sake. This is going to help a lot! You have no idea!!!
My diet: Meat, Chicken, olive oil, coconut oil, apples, lemon, lots of butter, eggs, fish, ginger tea, salads, carrots (Bulletproof diet by Dave Asprey)
5) Try supplements:
taurine, lugol (improve T3 hormone), fenugreek
6) Improve your natural testosterone
The best way to increase testosterone is sleeping a lot. 9 hours ideally. The more you sleep, more testosterone. 30 minutes of sun everyday. Exercise
