Lymphatic drainage massage
« on: December 22, 2018, 03:36:15 PM »
Have anyone tried lymphatic drainage massage? Maybe that will bring some relief? I want to try it because of candida. But maybe it will help against POIS too?
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

I am going to a lymphatic drainage therapist about two weeks. For detox and to reduce hot flashes and sweating.

  • Use Adaptogens and Antioxidants, they can help.

I am doing The Perrin technique currently which is a special osteopathic lymphatic drainage treatment for chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, its actually the first treatment that has had successful trials in the NHS for chronic fatigue syndrome, and the NHS are meant to be useless for treating chronic fatigue.

Vandermolen, do you have a follow up on the lymphatic drainage?
