This could be another female with POIS. Needs confirmation.
Does this theory also apply to females???

Muon, ***if*** semen plays a role in men’s  POIS, do you think there is a possible comparable  equivalent in female POIS?

Anyone else here: please feel free to respond as well :)

If there is indeed an allergy going on, the only thing I could think of that would be an equivalent in females would be the fluid produced by the Skene's glands. Since they apparently correspond to the so called 'G-spot', if there is something wrong with them this could maybe also explain why women with POIS seem to experience the female equivalent of premature ejaculation (I know it is an extremely sensitive spot for me). Also, they are called 'the female prostate', so maybe this could be the connection with male POIS. I found this article very interesting:

https://www.ajog.org/article/S0002-9378(02)70196-8/fulltext

Especially, I was surprised by this paragraph, there might be some important clue here:

Quote
There have been numerous pathologic studies that in some way support the conclusion that what has been called Skene's or paraurethral ducts and glands are, in fact, not a vestigial homolog of the male prostate but, instead, a "small, functional organ that produces female prostatic secretion and possesses cells with neuroendocrine function, comparable to the male prostate".

Thank you! Sent to NORD 2022

"I am a female in my 20s and I identify myself with symptoms of pois. I just want to ask fellow females, how you manage and feel about POIS and If anyone of you are married? If yes, how you even live a normal life??

I mean I am very sacred, my parents wants me to get married but I don't think I can ever have a normal life.

Tips from all of you are welcomed. Thanks in advance.

"I'm also a woman who suffers from pois. I've noticed that my symptoms went away when I was using progesterone cream regularly for estrogen dominance and pcos, also hypothyroidism. Then after I stoped using it (cause my cycle became regular) the pois returned. I did some reading and saw that there is a connection between progesterone and histamine in they body. The more progesterone you have - the less histamine. I'm going to try applying progesterone cream again and test things out but only after the crunch at work will be over as my symptoms are very severe - a full on allergy attack with runny nose and sore throat that lasts a few days."

In my case, for years the only trigger was orgasm (between the ages of 13 and 22, more or less). Now that my POIS has worsened quite a lot, I also get some symptoms after arousal, but not as bad as after orgasm. Mainly irritability, lack of motivation, constipation, gas and swollen lymph nodes (usually not all of them at once, and they disappear quickly, as in a day or two at most). However, after the last time I was dramatically sick, exercise induces far worse symptoms for me than any sexual activity.

Yeah, i am trying differe and compare woman and mans here,
couse woman can had the same clusters of symptomes like one
man poiser has.( since woman not producing semen)
We probbly hawe some underlying isues.

I am trying to connect what start cascade of symptomes after
orgasam and what after arousall, since i did readed that some
mans sayed that they can
do orgasm but not eyaculate and then
no pois induced in them, but i think that maybe orgasam can actualy
play role in poisers.
Neuroimunity can maybe start trought arousall, orgasm and then
those neuroimunity induced by hormonal, chathecholamines exchange
from orousall , orgasm .

We went on a cruise. He started fondling my breast with his hands and his mouth. I had to stop him and tell him what was going on because I didn't want the whole cruise to be ruined. I ended up STILL getting a headache and all of the symptoms an hour later!!! That was when a lightbulb went off for me. This had to be hormonal. Breast stimulation mimics breast feeding which releases hormones. So when I got back I started getting my hormones checked. I thought my prolactin levels might be off but they were fine. My estrogen levels are through the roof. My progesterone levels are super low and my testosterone levels are nonexistent.

Neuroanatomy and Neurochemistry of Sexual Desire, Pleasure, Love and Orgasm

"In the brain, stimulation of nipples is also perceived as genital stimulation, as well as it induces oxytocin release." p.917

Eventually and due to the literature of the time I tried  oxytocin shots. That went badly.  DHEA went far worse. It gave me a bad case of OCD that took more than a decade to finally go away.

For 24+ hours after masturbating (all external, not internal), I get very faint/lightheaded, as well as the symptoms of: fatigue, nausea, brain fog and inability to concentrate, low or no appetite, a small headache, and an intense bloating and tingling pressure in my uterus area. It gets worse immediately after eating anything (both the bloating and the weird pressure). But I am not able to drive the next day from this. I also have POTS and IBS-C.

External--->Piezo2?: Glans clitoris innervation: PIEZO2 and sexual mechanosensitivity

POTS+IBS-C = MCAS?

Exemple of woman with pois after orgasam(pregnant).
https://www.reddit.com/r/POIS/comments/zmx9wp/pois_in_pregnancy/

As we can see in case of womans pois, pois could be
inwolwed in orgasm, hormones, utis(warios infections),
gut, immunity...

I dont think that sertoli cells activate pois in womans,
maybe, who knows!?
