Hi Happy2, and kudos for your method.
If possible, can you pass by in 3 to 6 months, just to confirm that you are still POIS-free ? I say this because you have been dropping the Zyrtec one week ago, and it would be interesting to see if you are still enjoying the same POIS-free state after some months without any antihistamines.
Don't worry about the hate and flaming, POIScenter members has good manners, much more than the average internet forum
And the mods team always keep an eye so that it stays that way.
Even if some symptoms come back sometime, at least you know how to get rid of them. But if your immune system has developed a permanent tolerance to this supposed allergy, than that's great, you may never have any symptoms again.
It would be cool that you come back from time to time. You may become, if you would agree, an interesting "subject" for a POIS researcher, he may be looking for some immune component in your blood, in trying to know why you have no more symptoms
And, it is possible that members here have questions for you, that they do not find answer to in your past posts.
Thanks for you contribution to this forum, Happy2, and to, at least, finding a very efficient method for one type of POIS. That's a great contribution.
Enjoy your relief , Happy2!
