It makes my way worse and can induce acute POIS symptoms.
37 yo M- POIS for 25yrs (since age 12). Chronic POIS- always there

Tried desensitization for 1.5yrs & was unsuccessful (POIS worse at 1/1000)

 Exercising- (running/weights/situps) Low sugar diet. Supplements- limited success.Meds- Oxcarbazepine/Buspar (past-Depakote10yrs)

just like you exactly , andy i found out away by which you can get rid 100% of symptoms , try using simple sugars like honey and juices banana caroot zuchhini  u will get rid of symptoms , just try them in a day and see the difference me and you have the same type and the same etiology of pois , give it a try eat
1- carrot mushrom zuchini soup
2- three cups of fresh mango juice high in sugar
4- and pinnaple jar
try it and paray for me
