Hi All!

Demo has asked me (via email) to let you know that his visit with Dr. Komisaruk at Rutgers last week went wonderfully!

Having spent several hours discussing POIS and the upcoming study, demo feels that Dr. K will do outstanding work on behalf of your research grant. There's no question about his knowledge, compassion, and dedication to this POIS study, per demo.

Demo is still in the traveling mode, but once he's settled in at home -- a lot of info will be posted on this forum! Hopefully, this will be done over the next two-three weeks. (Much of the info from Dr. K is in printed form and still needs some editing/finalizing before posting.)

More to come from demo and Daveman. So -- stay tuned!

Experienced POIS since 2002.

Dr. Eleni Frangos is one of our Rutgers-POIS Team Members.

She successfully defended the dissertation shown below.

After spending loads on supplements I found out that the only thing that works is abstinence. Full stop. And it's free.
Meditation if done correctly is great too.
Also avoiding computers produce faster recoveries and fewer temptations.

After looking at Spirit Airlines, they don't have an option for Newark but they have an option for new york city which is only 21 min from Newark. There are cheap ways to go from New York to Newark.

A quote on Spirit Airlines has a round trip from Los Angeles to New York for about $350.00.

It did list some days where the price was comparable to other airlines, the key is just planning ahead and around the flight.

Megabus does not go to Newark either but it does go to New York City it has many routes coming from east cost states to new york city and a couple in other states.
A round-trip from Knoxville Tennessee to New York City will go around $150.00  in February.

PATH lines go to Newark for  $2.00 from 33rd St & 6th Ave., NYC

If you want convenience, the Hilton is walking distance...right between the train station and Dr K's lab, but...it's expensive :(

Alternatives like airbnb.com are much cheaper.

Maybe the Y? Similar places ?

As many of you know, Dr. Pooja Lakshmin, M.D., is also on our Rutgers-POIS Study Team.

Dr. Lakshmin will be pursuing her Psychiatry Residency while studying POIS.
