i found out that if i have sex (without ejaculate)or even foreplay at night well which is always night ..... i cant sleep ..... that goes to 2 to 3 days ..... even taking 0.25 to 0.5 xanax for sleep.... okay the 1st night its terrible i cant sleep i sleep than wakes up after 30 min and 1 hour it goes like this ..... till morning , then morning is hell the whole day is terrible .... all POIS symptoms ..... now next night is still same ........now i want to tell if i get good sleep the symptoms are 50% less......
so anybody ..... i was hoping alot from B1 i am taking 100*3 times , 50 mg of B6 ...... i think 10% improvement in energy level ......

I have taken b3 niacin 3 months back have flush and got scared so I left it
I am planning to get b12 250 mg

I am not sure should I take 250 or 1000 of b12 ...

The flush is a sensation that lasts only 20 minutes. Don't get scared, it is normal and even healthy! I know that you had the
flush with a reasonable dose, so it was "normal" compared to the rest of us. I am basically POIS free because of niacin. If I let myself be
afraid of the flush, I would still be suffering POIS.

What if you are missing out on having your POIS reduced 50 to 90% ? Wouldn't it be worth the flush? You could be suffering POIS
for no reason.

I know that we have to be careful of things we don't know much about. But a normal flush that can be achieved with 100 to 250 mg of niacin
is NOT dangerous, and is even healthy.

I don't remember doses on B12, but it seems like the doses you mention are VERY high. Perhaps you mean mcg (micrograms)

Yes that is a normal flush!

Take the B3 125mg BEFORE "O".
To get the flush you should not have eaten anything for at least 4 hours.

After the flush starts, wait one whole hour.

And THEN have the orgasm.

OK but the niacin flush is not dangerous. Have you tried the non-flush kind of niacin?

The procedure and dosage is different. Maybe Kurtosis can give you a detailed procedure if you are going to take the non-flush. Being as
it's been difficult for you to get results, regular flush type may be more sure.

No a quarter is not enough. that would be 60 mg, there would be no flush, but neither would it work.

Do the following instructions to the letter:
For the first time do it at night. That way you can sleep the first few hours after the orgasm.

Don't eat anything after 3 in the afternoon.
Anytime after 8 PM you can take half of a pill (125 mg.)
The flush should start in about 15 min, but should not be too strong.
Don't worry if you feel like the skin is burning (like after taking sun) It is NORMAL AND even HEALTHY.
It is NOT doing you any harm. You just have to let it pass.
It will pass in about 20 to 30 minutes.
IF you do not get a flush, take another quarter under the tongue. This will take effect in 10 minutes.
Now wait 45 minutes more! (important for best results)
Now you can have the orgasm.

Don't worry, it will be OK. I have gotten to where I LOVE the flush. I is a sign to me that
I can have sex POIS free. It's when I DON'T get the flush that I worry!

Be careful and don't confuse the information Sameer. DO NOT take 250 to 500 mg of your Gnc regular niacin.

Since you have the Gnc there now, Follow the instructions I gave, and don't be scared.

Later, order the niacinamide and methionine and try that out as Kurtosis describes.

But they are two completely different treatments. and dosages are very different.

I have a feeling the regular niacin will help, especially if you follow the instructions carefully.

If the niacin works, the other treatment may work even better.
