How do you cope with the cognitive symptoms?
« on: April 24, 2011, 10:05:12 AM »
I want to ask anyone who have these kind of symptoms, what is your method to cope with them?

a. Continue to do your work?

b. Rest in bed for an hour or more?

c. Take a daytime nap?

d. An other method.

Generally I can't continue to work, the best method for me is to stay in bed while awake. Daytime sleep make me feel more sick, than before.
I have cognitive, psychological and physical symptoms.
I am apologizing for my English if it is unclear.

Rest and sleep. But Pois causes bad sleep and then low concentration the day after. It's a viscious circle  ;D
Taurine = Anti-Pois

I agree about daytime sleep, makes me feel worse for a good 2 to 4 hrs. Strange. I don't really have sleep problems at night, other than maybe within the first 24 hrs.
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

I have noticed in school i can get most of the work but it takes me longer, so what i do is reduce my work load  and instead of waiting till last minute i start work right away and spend as much time as possible on it.  I reread and rearead to fully understand.   if i dont get it i go  for one on one help, i tend to be able to focus better with those than a teacher in class .
focusing in class is never going to happen in pois, so i record the teacher.

I think in totally silence if i need to develop idea.

My work is requires very little cognition but inorder to reduce mistakes i double check over and over.
