I didn't answer because I'm not sure what to say. I'm married and my POIS started when I had been married 7 yrs or so.

But what I have noticed, is that POIS seems to be a little less when she is ovulating.

I explain it as that it is hotter, and the orgasms are more complete. I feel that when they are not, there may tend to be some retrograde
flow, which has always been bad for me.

When the penetration is "solid" there are fewer obstructions. When it is weaker, "the path" is not as clean, direct.
WITHOUT RESEARCH THERE WILL BE NO CURE!
Sessions 5 to 9 days, mostly Flu-like, joints, digestion problems, light cognitive.
Niacin has changed my lif though, now 1 day MAX.
Somewhere in this interaction with Niacin is the answer!

In my 30+ year POIS Nightmare, I personally never felt a different effect, it was ALWAYS 4 days of devastation and agony -- whether it was loving sex with my wife -- or a lifeless nocturnal emission.
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
