poisdata.org - New POIS Research Platform Launch

Hi everyone,

Following up on the previous Obsidian database discussion, I'm excited to announce the launch of poisdata.org - a new web interface for exploring POIS research data and case studies.
This platform builds on our previous work but adds several improvements like Named-entity recognition (symptoms, medications, biomarkers and other relevant entities) and data visualizations with search and filtering functionality.




Important Note on Data Accuracy:
As mentioned in the previous discussion, I want to emphasize that while we use advanced NLP to process discussions, the extracted data should be verified against original sources. The system includes confidence scores for each analysis to help identify potential inaccuracies.

Thank you all for your feedback on the initial database. Your suggestions have been invaluable in developing this improved platform.

Well done again Mineral.

Interesting that the results show that the most mentioned symptom by some distance is cognitive dysfunction.

I think I'm most interested in the results at a grouped level in order to understand statistical patterns within pois and this new db looks to be more along those lines so that's great. Assuming you're able to link data tables between biomarkers - symptoms - treatment and to group it (by biomarker X, symptom Y or Treatment Z) that enables potentially very useful statistical analysis.

I wondered if you are interested in open-sourcing some of your efforts, or losing some words about how you implemented this / what you used to index/train and also if there are ways that we could contribute.
