Has anyboody decided to remove the prostate gland and seminal vesicles? Does it help?

As I see, after this operation you'll be able to have sex, orgasm, but without sprem and prostate secret, which can be an allergen. Will you do this if it 100% helps to solve the problem? I think no one doctor would do that. Because their bosses castrate them..
