Felt the effects of POIS subtly trying to kick in before I took my stack but once I took them I was good as Gold. I would say about over 90%. I felt great all day, no fear, no severe symptoms and today I feel great too!

Pregnenolone helps with neuroinflammation, cognitive function, inflammatory conditions, regulation of hormones.

DHEA helps regulate and increase testosterone, helps with mood, osteoporosis, increase muscle mass, slow's aging and slows down age disorders such as dementia and Alzheimer's.

When I am in my POIS state it feels like I am a very old man completely disorientated and unable to function normally because my brain is being inflamed and/or suppressed. This then activates my flight/fight/freeze/fawn/fuck response and drives my anxiety over the edge.

Being afraid of the disease creates more anxiety around it. I am no longer afraid of it.

An update... Had another wet dream last night, 3rd one in less than 2 weeks. Haven't had this since spring. Felt foggy straight away but went back to bed after cleaning myself up. Took a stack after 30 to 40 minutes of waking up and I am feeling better but not the 90+ % I felt the last 2 times. I am suspecting that the stacks work best if immediately taken after an emission. I am gradually feeling better though. Lets see how I feel throughout the day when the stacks take more of an effect.

Update...

Had another nocturnal emission last night. That's 2 this week and 3 in less than 2 weeks.

I took my pack as soon as I woke up and cleaned my self besides the Cognitex Elite which I took first thing in the morning alongside the Morning Guard supplement.

ITS WORKING! As soon as I took my pack it was countering the effects of POIS and when I woke up the POIS was low and eventually going away and it isn't even mid day. Today was interesting.

My pack works really well to keep my cognitive functions and motor functions working well. I would say I'm 80% me and I get tasks done, make coherent sentences.

But today I could feel subtle headaches kicking in.

The pack doesn't help with emotions though. One of the side effects of POIS is feeling quite emotionally numb, and I felt that somewhat today.

However, in comparison to what I was like 6 months with being bed ridden, suicidal anxiety and aggression. Today is a like a miracle compared to then.

Hopeoneday, I do take all this stuff. The thing that helps the most is Cognitex Elite. It kick starts neural activity and over rides the brain inflammation. Its a nootropic to help with cognitive function. It was a game changer for me.

I just took a load of different supplements and through trial and error, experienced what worked and what didn't.
