Non-ejaculatory orgasms

Non-ejaculatory orgasms are orgasms without the release of sperm (eg. prostate fluids still get released).
They can be achieved by contracting your pelvic floor muscles in order to prevent the testicals from rising up and releasing sperm.

After reading a post on this forum i decided to give them a go. After all what was there to loose and if they worked i thought they could be a way to prevent POIS without any (?) sideeffects.

Even though it says everywhere that you need to build up pelvic strenght by doing Kegel exercises in order to be able to achieve non-ejaculatory orgasms, I went for it right away and was surprised:
I was able to achieve them about 80% of the time without any previous training and they did not cause me any POIS-symptoms!
Furthermore I was surprised that i instinctively used the technique while waking up from a wet dream and therefore prevented nocturnal emission (So far 3 out of 4 times).

Since I (so far) have not noticed any real downside to this practise, I am curious how many of you have tried this and with how much succes!
