Were you born normally and breastfed?

Given that when being born naturally and not through the c-section and being breastfed you acquire many good microbes and your gut and overall microbiomes improves I have made this poll to understand how many POISers were born normally not through the c-section and how many were breastfed? I personally was born through a c-section but fortunately got breastfed so I at least acquired some good microbiomes from my mother and what about you?

Weird I expected that more POISers would be born through c-section as that would then mean less diverse gut and overall microbiomne but it seems to not be the case as of this time of writing this post.
