Should we increase the advertising of POIS?

I believe there are many POISers who don't know that it's a disorder or haven't found POISCenter or any other POIS related information so if we increased the advertising by making more posts on other places on the Internet and perhaps messaged journalists about that we could bring in more members. Those who have been in the POIS community for long time there's a question. Was there ever a time when a huge inlfux of POISers appeared and if so then due to what reasons?
