Allergy to raw eggs and/or raw milk
« on: March 08, 2012, 03:08:48 PM »
how many of you are allergic to raw milk and/or raw eggs?
or, if you haven' t test it yet, do you get any of the following symptoms after eating raw milk and eggs?: asthma, eczema , rhinitis , gastrointestinal distress, bleeding, pneumonia, anaphylaxis

the reason of this poll is that I have found out that milk, eggs and semen have in common one protein which is often the cause of allergies to eggs and milk: albumin
we have it also in our blood but it usually circulates bound with testosterone
I haven't tested those allergies on my self, but any time I eat them row I get gastrointestinal distress. it doesn't happen when I eat them cooked.
there is an explanation for that: at high temperatures albumin decays.
note that I am talking about allergies and not intollerances to those foods.
Please give me your opinion

You may want to clarify in the actual poll question that you are talking about raw eggs and milk as some may vote without reading the first post. I've never eaten raw eggs or milk, but I think you may be on to something here.
Taking ginger tea, no wheat, fenugreek+green tea/garlic, saw palmetto, niacin, boswellia, huperzine, B complex and nutmeg. See my treatment summary post for more info: http://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=81.msg3513#msg3513

I am allergic to lactose. So I drink milk without lactose. I don't eat raw eggs. I don't have any problems with boiled or baked eggs.  :)
POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

Eversince I was a kid, I would throw up after I ate a bit of raw eggs, from spanish omelette, or other egg recipes.
About milk, it’s always been hard to drink it, I felt like vomiting it. I dk if this is allergy
So happy to be part of this community! Just a year ago, I was alone, nobody understood my “unreal” symptoms.
Digestion problems anyone? (I.e. using toilet every 3+ days) My POIS began as a teenager together with digest
POIS (13 or 7): photophobia, bloating, heavy brain fog, memory loss, muco
