I've been taking
- Magnesium/Vitamin B Complex
- Vitamin D
- Omega 3
I don't know for sure if it's because of these but I've noticed improvement. Especially fatigue has gone down significantly. Now I can do some exercise even on my first day. Normally it would take me 5 days to get there. Basically I would spend 5 days on the coach because of fatigue and headache.
Now I have one or two symptoms (instead of about 5 different ones). Don't get me wrong, I will still struggle with employment etc. if I don't find a way to get to the next level. But I found some hope (and better quality of life).
One symptom I still have is social anxiety. But I'm realizing other people have that aswell. I mean other people trying to do Nofap. So I think it's porn induced in my case.
Lack of determination and desire (and actual ability honestly) to do sports or do some studying is also hugely thanks to porn in my case.
That's why I want to cut out porn completely out of my life.
The exercise I meant I can do now is cycling on my home bike. I must admit I haven't done wheightlifting or things that require coordination immediately the next day after orgasm. I've hurt myself (or almost hurt myself) by doing that years ago on day 5 of POIS I believe, so I'm still a bit hesitant with that.
But cycling I can do now. Even though it's so dreadful to get on the bike a day after you have watched porn and therefore have depleted a lot of your desire to do difficult things. But cycling helps me to reduce POIS further to an extent.
I saw the post of a new member (a woman I believe) that mentioned sweating helps her. I think in my case it is accurate aswell. Sweating or blood flow or release of testosterone. Something is up with that. Maybe cycling with the combination of supplements I'm taking is responsible for that. I remember my bloodtest showed my Vitamin D and Vitamin B6, I believe it was, was within the range and perhaps therefore my Doc didn't notice but I saw it was on the lowest end. If I do that I have noticed the duration of my POIS usually atleast halfed (social anxiety maybe excluded as it may last in the best case 3 or in the worst case 7 days).
