Sensitive nose

My nose is sensitive for perfume, paint, smoke and I can not go the sauna. I also get an irritated nose when I run. I also get a dry nose in the plane and from aircondition.

POIS since 2000. Very bad since 2008. I knew that I have POIS since June 2010. Desensitization since March 2011. I stopped with desens in July 2016. I have 50% less POIS. And only 1 day of POIS. Purified CBD works for me, but I am allergic for CBD.

Yes mee too. That is because most washing softener contains perfume. I use one without perfume.

i dont like perfume to, I am not allergic, it just feels overwhelming.
