Polycythemia
This conditon is the overproduction of red blood cells causing slow circulation, fatigue, headaches, itchness and redness after a hot bath. This is present in my family, I am having myself checked out for this when i visit a POIS doctor.

My bloodtest show a high level of red cells. I don't think it's linked but why not.
I don't have problems with hot water.
