I am reading this man's book currently and I thought you guys might find it quite interesting. He mentions cytokines, autoimmunity, the vagus nerve, the split between the body and the mind and how we need to move on from ssris and find a new way to treat patients.

Heres his lecture on the topic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9DofDwJfyQ - The 2nd half is more interesting

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iw7b0-yTnT0 Short video summing up basic stuff that most of us already know. I would say the lecture has more interesting info.

Enjoy!

Interesting!
10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business

In fact, what we think to know about serotonine is maybe... wrong.
