Studying and POIS

How do/did you guys study while in POIS and did you use anything that helped you?

I'm feeling demotivated and brain fogged but I know I need to study cause I've got 2 exams this week.

How do I do it?

Just do it, you'll still suffer a hard time with it but it's still doable.

10 years of significant POIS-reduction, treatment consisting of daily (365 days/year) testosterone patches.

TRT must be checked out carefully with your doctor due to fertility, cardiac and other risks.

40+ years of severe 4-days-POIS, married, raised a family, started/ran a business
