Chaser Effect
« on: February 25, 2019, 08:33:38 AM »
As of late I have decided to fap without PMO once every 14 days, this way I feel like I recover quickly and have an okay amount of "non-POIS" time.

The thing that is bothering me though is the wretched chaser effect which occurs after I fap. Basically I am really horny/prone to fap the next few days and also NEs commonly happen.

Any idea or tips on how to minimize this?

Also a subquestion, how do you use niacin and antihistamines against POIS? I tried out ibuprofen but it didnt help.

Yes, niacin has worked for a lot of members, including myself. It could be a good idea to spend time doing physical activities, working out, etc to avoid having the constant urge! If you not you can always try to lower your libido in a natural way.

I actually find that working out makes me more prone to relapses since I am more horny, also I really don't have the energy or motivation to do any exercise.

Someone mentioned using hops (you can buy supplements) to reduce libido. He said it takes only one pill and works pretty fast.

this .. working out makes it worse you get higher libido etc. especially high intensity exercises or lifting weights.  only thing that works for me is exercising in cold water / cold water swimming in colder seasons.

i do minimal exercise, if i do some training i always do technique and flexibility.

But yeah i do have the same problem because of POIS you get extremely low neurotransmitter levels and then you get OCD like compulsive behaviours seeking things to boost levels like porn , masturbation, gaming , compulsive money spending etc.  if i would get 2 orgasms in one week i get severe OCD
