dark-red parts of your skin?
« on: March 20, 2018, 12:10:39 PM »
It's a stupid thought but why not asking ey?

I have some weird dark-red area in my skin I'm not sure how to describe it, small parts of my thigh skin has are a dark-red skin. not sure why I have no other diseases other than POIS.

does anyone have weird colors in his skin? not necessarily the thigh.

Note that I discovered them a year ago and they haven't vanished yet.

Yes even I get some red patches on my chest often and they vanish within 12-24 hours.  And my doctor said as long as they get cleared on their own nothing to worry.

Mine is still there so I think yours is different.

I have them on my forehead too. If they dont go away they could be related to roscasea and caused by inflammation from the POIS hormones. If you do a moderate niacin-flush and the spots get even more red, it might be an indication that the spots are made of vasodilated capillaries and/or new created capillaries. Its the inflammation that causes them in combination with growth stimulating hormones. Some people have got good results from applying and drinking apple cider vinegar, but of course the POIS also has to be treated.
