It's not related directly to POIS but can be interesting to study the cascade of hormones after orgasm.

Really interesting,just days before I'm diagnosed with POIS I am looking for reason for my hi PRL level and find Exton's research,which shows direct link between PRL and orgasm.But the test volunteer's PRL level decreased to near normal just 1 hour later,but my PRL is 3 times the maximum range after about 3 hours of nightfall ,nearly two times of it with no recent semen leakage.
