Hi anyone of you using fenugreek if yes then which form one should use there are available like it's extract or seeds what should I buy as a supplement pls guide Thankyou...

sameer, it is really safer for all of us if we do not solicit or offer advice.

What I am not getting any help here doc tells me I am crazy always I don't care about doctors they think pois is nothing
