like many of you, I also experience reduced cognitive function after orgasm and in the next 5-7 days my brain will just become very slow, and got hard time keeping up with other in a conversation as well. Any suggestion???

I personnaly do not have reduced cognitive symptoms as part of my POIS symptoms, but I have noticed that members who have it has found some relief with one of the following:
- niacin ( Have you tried it yet? it seems good for those with muscular and cognitive symptoms)
- huperzine A ( it is a cholinergic, so it helps cognition and memory)
- Lecithin ( a good source of choline, so it helps. Used by some members in combination with mytelase, which is not available everywhere in the world)
- Ginkgo biloba ( helps increase blood supply to the brain, and has antioxidant properties).
Niacin should be a logical first choice - there are lots of posts on the forum about its usage and dosage. It is usually taken before O, as prevention.
If you go on with some experimentations, be sure to try only one supplement at a time, and be sure to check with a health professional for dosage and to check if it is safe for you.
