If i search aCh and Raynaud I find this .pdf : mechanism of Raynaud syndrome.
"nerve-realesed ACh has been implicated in cutaneous vasodilation in human skin".
If I follow the reference given I found another study :
"Acetylcholine-induced vasodilation is mediated by nitric oxide and prostaglandins in human skin."
etc...

SAGGING FACE <==> ACETYLCHOLINE
If I go back to the theme of the ropic and I try to link with ACh, I found an article : " how does bottow work ".
Bottox works by blocking the acetylcholine receptors on the muscle side of the junction. Then when the nerve sends a signal to the muscle to contract, acetylcholine is released as before, but it can't bind anywhere on the muscle.
The muscle has no idea it is supposed to contract. It is essentially paralyzed, but not because it or the nerve have been damaged.
To be honnest, I din't know what bottox is excepted I know famous women use this after 40 years to stay younger. But bottox refers to BOtulinum TOXin and then botulism disease. What are the symptoms of this disease :
They usually include a dry mouth, difficulty swallowing, incomprehensible speech, double vision, vomiting, severe diarrhea, especially generalized muscle weakness.
What do you think?
