Was eating fresh pomegranate for 2 month, and it worked, it managed pois pretty good but from consuming point of view it is not too convenient since I need to eat 2-3 a day (And watch your teeth, as it is acid, and especially don't take it with aspirin, I damaged the nerve on my leg just by sitting leg on leg for half an hour, still have tingling feelings and pain 3 month after, it somehow making the nerves itself very fragile). Stopped eating pomegranates since.
Tried Goji berries and it worked too, better, since you only need to choo a handful of it once or a few times a day. And the effect is very good. Completely shutting pois for me.
Break to smoke again since not doing it for a year and the anxiety and cough after orgasm came somewhat partially even with goji. The smoking is worsening the symptoms ( i am smoker for 12 years), quit smoking, it is severely worsening the symptoms.
Niacin not doing much for me though i tried it only for a few times since i have very bad skin allergy on it.
Goji is working for me, eating it for a month and the strength is not diminishing. Recommending it to try for all who haven't done so yet.
