Before you answer the above titled question I would like you to consider the following:
Since puberty (way back in the eighties) I would often get a pain in my ass (backside, Bum, around the perinium). It would happen in two senarios:
1) After masterbation (but this has not happened in years now)
2) Wake up in the middle of the night, seemingly randomly, and not particulary close to an "O"
I have had this on and off for 25 years. Maybe one a month approx it happens. I have denied myself any link to POIS because I seem to get the pain randomly and POIS was always a constant cycle of 7 days of guaranteed sh*t.
In order for me to get rid of this pain I have to stand up (usually get out of bed) and put my weight on my right heel then transfer the weight to my other heel and then keep alternating back and forth. A bit like a cat making dough if you have every seen it. Sometimes the pain can go after 5 minutes but sometimes longer like 20 mins, with excruciating pain, leading me to march around the house of my heels like an idiot, often swearing because the pain is so bad. I can also relieve the muscle tightening by touching my toes with hands and stretching hard.
It some sort of spasm. I have slim athletic frame and muscle. Is this common among POIS sufferers? On some occasions I have experienced great relief after having one of these painful turns then slept very well.
I welcome any input - FloppyB
